Refund policy

We want you to love how you move in your Formé. If something is not quite right, we are happy to help.

30-day returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Email support@theformeshop.com with your order number to start your return. A $6 return fee is deducted from your refund.

We will reply with simple return instructions. Please wait to hear from us before sending anything back.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after processing your return.
